What we do
Private group sim racing, planned around your group
HIP Motorsports Sim Racing Event Centre hosts private group events for businesses, teams, and organizations. Here is what your event includes.
Group sim racing for 10 to 50 people
Your group races each other on our racing simulators in a private, reserved event space built for groups of 10 to 50.
Coaching for beginners and experienced drivers
Real life racing instructors and race car drivers coach your guests, so people with no racing experience can take part and enjoy the event.
Food and beverage service
Catered food and beverage service is included as part of your event, planned with you ahead of time.
On site meeting space
A meeting room is available for meetings, training, or presentations, so a group can meet, eat, and race in one building.
Daytime or evening events
Events can be booked for daytime or evening, depending on what works for your group.
Staff events and customer appreciation
We host staff events, team outings, and customer appreciation events for businesses, teams, and organizations.
How it works
Three steps from first call to event day
We plan your event with you on a call
We talk through your group size, preferred date, budget, food and beverage, and whether you want a daytime or evening event.
We email you a written quote
After the call, we send a written quote by email so you can review the details and share it with your team.
Your group arrives, and we run the event
On the day, our team runs the event from start to finish, including coaching, racing, and food and beverage service.
