We host private group sim racing events with food and beverage service and on site meeting space. Information on this website is general, and event details, pricing and availability are confirmed in a written quote.

3. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are prepared after a call and sent by email. A booking is confirmed only when you accept a quote, and the terms in your quote apply to that event.

4. Use of the Website

Use the site lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, and provide accurate information in our form.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to HIP Motorsports Group Inc. and may not be copied without permission.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking a consent checkbox on our form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from HIP Motorsports Group Inc. (DBA HIP Motorsports Sim Racing Event Centre) at the phone number provided. Transactional messages cover responses to your inquiries, call confirmations and reminders, event quotes, and booking and event day updates.
